What we collect
When you book a call, request a quote or send us a message, we collect the details you give us. These may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, turnover and anything you write in your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange your consultation and send you a quote.
- To provide our accounting services if you become a client.
- To meet our legal obligations, including anti-money laundering checks.
We rely on your consent and on taking steps, at your request, before entering into a contract with you. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share your data where needed to provide our services. This includes our email and hosting providers, our booking calendar provider (Cal.com) when you book a call, Microsoft (Teams) for video calls, and HMRC and Companies House when we act for you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to us working together are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually six years after the end of the relevant tax year.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@mqplus.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.
